Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Final Papers

Authors whose papers were accepted for presentation at LAMC-2016 are required to prepare the final version of the paper. Final papers must adhere to the same format used for the initial paper submission (LAMC paper template available here). However, authors can optionally expand the final version of their papers by one additional page (4 pages in total length), in order to accommodate additional material or to enlarge too small figures, if necessary.

Authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to validate their papers for IEEE Xplore compatibility before final submission. Please notice that any changes made to a PDF after IEEE PDF eXpress Plus conversion or PDF checking may invalidate Xplore compatibility. Detailed instructions for IEEE Xplore compatibility validation are available here.

The IEEE Xplore-compatible final paper must be uploaded via the LAMC2016 Digest Manuscript Final Submission website. Please check carefully the author information correctness and completeness when uploading the final paper (avoid typing special characters), since this information will be used directly to create the Conference Program booklet. Include also a brief biography of the presenting author (one short paragraph). Please proofread your pdf document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Authors are responsible for obtaining publication approval from their employer or sponsor prior to final submission. A copyright form must be assigned to the IEEE. Corresponding authors will receive email notifications from IEEE e-copyright form (eCF) system. Please complete and submit copyright forms as instructed in the submission process. If you do not receive any emails from eCF or cannot submit copyright forms, please contact Prof. Luis Eduardo Pérez-Bernal for assistance (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).

To upload the final paper and include your paper into the technical program and the conference proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference at our registration subpage. Please notice that maximum two papers are allowed per registration (extra papers require an additional conference registration).

The new deadline for final paper submission is October 22, 2016.
